  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Partners

We ship using Sendcloud and DHL, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery for both domestic and international orders.


Delivery Times

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • Worldwide: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping (NL): Orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

  • Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for special shipping promotions.


International Shipping

Ninetyfour ships globally through DHL’s robust international network:

  • Delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on your destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • Ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delivery delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through:

  • The DHL website

  • The Sendcloud tracking platform


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll help resolve the issue.

  • Contact our support team at customercare@ninety-four.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Provide your order number, tracking details and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll work with DHL or Sendcloud to resolve the problem quickly.


Shipping Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

  • For address changes, contact us immediately at customercare@ninety-four.com.

  • Changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.


Return Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Scope: Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from our Ninetyfour website.

1.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.3 Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.

1.4 Exclusions:

  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for another size if available.

  • Defective products or order issues should be reported to us via email for prompt assistance.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or personalized items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.


2. Return Process

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with peace of mind when shopping with us. Please read the following return policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are processed. 

2.1 Online Returns: If you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your return request through our return portal within 14 days of receipt.

  • Please note: your return request must first be approved (within 2 business days). After approval, you will receive your return label.

  • Ensure the item(s) are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with Ninetyfour tags attached).

  • Include the invoice and return form with your return shipment.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method via our return portal.

  • The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Return the item(s) in the original shipping box and ensure they are securely packaged.

2.2 Important Note:

  • Returns without approval, an official return label, or an incomplete return form will not be accepted.

  • Returns sent without using our official return portal are at the customer’s own risk. We cannot assist in resolving lost or delayed parcels if they were not registered through our system.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, gift card, etc.).

3.2 Timing:

  • After receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time at your bank or payment provider may vary.

  • If your return does not meet the requirements and is not approved, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.


4. Exchange Policy

At Ninetyfour, we facilitate exchanges through our return portal. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please submit an exchange request through the portal.
