Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by mail.

You will receive a tracking number at your provided email address once your order is dispatched. Additionally, at the bottom of the page, there is a tracking page where you can enter your order number and postcode to track your order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address information after placing your order. This is because the processing of our orders is automated. Therefore, before placing your order, it is very important to check your address details carefully.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
