Thank you for attending NM KOMPLEKS.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you agree to the following house rules. These rules help ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Respect & Safety

NM KOMPLEKS is a community-focused cultural event. Visitors are expected to treat each other with respect at all times.

Discrimination, racism, harassment, aggression, violence or any form of unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

Visitors who do not respect these rules may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.

Identification & Security

Visitors must be able to present a valid identification document (passport, identity card or driver’s licence) upon request.

For safety reasons, bags may be checked upon entry. Visitors are expected to cooperate with security staff and event personnel at all times.

Capacity & Door Policy

The venue has a limited capacity. During busy moments it may occur that visitors are asked to wait briefly before entering the venue.

This is done to ensure the safety, comfort and flow of the event for all visitors.

The organisation and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors if house rules are not respected or if safety cannot be guaranteed.

Alcohol

Alcohol will only be served to visitors aged 18 years or older. In case of doubt, valid identification may be requested.

Drugs Policy

NM KOMPLEKS operates a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs.

Possession or use of drugs is not allowed and may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue or in covered areas, in accordance with Dutch law. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the venue:

• outside food or drinks
• glass containers
• weapons or dangerous objects
• fireworks
• illegal substances
• professional photo, video or recording equipment without prior permission from the organisation

Items that are not permitted may be confiscated by event staff.

Food & Drinks

Food and drinks purchased at the event must remain inside the venue. Glassware or drinks may not be taken outside.

Animals

Animals are not allowed at the event, unless legally required (such as certified assistance dogs).

Photography & Media

Photos and video recordings may be made during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.

By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of images or recordings in which they may appear for communication, marketing and promotional purposes related to NM KOMPLEKS and Ninetyfour.

Final Clause

Visitors must follow the instructions of event staff and security at all times.

In situations not covered by these house rules, the organisation’s decision is final.
