NM KOMPLEKS – General Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
1.1 Organizer
NM KOMPLEKS, organized by Ninetyfour and its partners, including individuals or entities involved in the organization of the event.
1.2 Event
NM KOMPLEKS taking place on 6th of June 2026 in Amsterdam, including all related activities such as exhibitions, performances, music, workshops, food and cultural programming.
1.3 Visitor
Any person who has purchased or received a ticket for the Event, or who intends to enter or has entered the Event location.
1.4 Ticket
A digital access document issued by or on behalf of the Organizer that allows the Visitor access to the Event.
1.5 Venue / Event Area
The entire area where the Event takes place, including all buildings, indoor and outdoor spaces, entrances, surrounding areas, and routes leading to the venue.

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, agreement and visit related to NM KOMPLEKS.
2.2 By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Event, the Visitor agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are available via the official website of Ninetyfour and may be updated by the Organizer if necessary.
2.4 Additional House Rules may apply during the Event.

Article 3 – Ticketing
3.1 Tickets are sold through the official ticketing platform Weeztix.
3.2 A ticket grants one person single entry to the Event.
3.3 Visitors are responsible for keeping their ticket safe. The risk of loss, theft or misuse of the ticket lies with the Visitor once the ticket has been delivered.
3.4 Only the first scan of a ticket is valid. Duplicate or copied tickets will be refused.
3.5 Tickets are non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.
3.6 The Organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices or ticket phases during the sales process.

Article 4 – Resale of Tickets
4.1 Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or above the original purchase price without written permission from the Organizer.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate tickets that have been resold in violation of these conditions.
4.3 Visitors who present invalid tickets may be refused entry without refund.

Article 5 – Access to the Event
5.1 Only a valid and unused ticket grants access to the Event.
5.2 Visitors may be asked to show a valid ID.
5.3 The Organizer may issue identification items such as wristbands that must be worn during the Event.
5.4 Visitors must follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel and emergency services.
5.5 For safety reasons, bags may be checked upon entry.
5.6 In case of high crowd levels, the Organizer may temporarily pause entry to ensure safety and comfort for all visitors.

Article 6 – House Rules & Safety
NM KOMPLEKS is a community-focused cultural event.
Visitors are expected to treat each other with respect.
The following is strictly prohibited:
• discrimination
• racism
• harassment
• violence or aggressive behaviour
• possession of weapons
• possession or use of illegal substances
Visitors violating these rules may be removed from the Event without refund.

Article 7 – Photography & Media
7.1 During the Event, photos and videos may be taken by or on behalf of the Organizer.
7.2 By attending the Event, the Visitor agrees that images or recordings in which they may appear can be used for promotional, documentation or marketing purposes related to NM KOMPLEKS and Ninetyfour.
7.3 Personal photography for non-commercial purposes is allowed. Professional recording equipment requires prior accreditation from the Organizer.

Article 8 – Force Majeure
8.1 In case of circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, illness of performers, government restrictions, or other unforeseen situations), the Organizer reserves the right to:
• cancel the Event
• reschedule the Event
• modify the program
8.2 Changes to the program do not entitle visitors to a refund.

Article 9 – Liability
9.1 Visitors attend the Event at their own risk.
9.2 The Organizer is not liable for:
• loss or theft of personal belongings
• damage to personal property
• personal injury unless caused by proven negligence of the Organizer
9.3 Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.

Article 10 – Privacy
Personal data collected through ticket purchases will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information will only be used for event administration and communication related to NM KOMPLEKS.

Article 11 – Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
