Return the item(s) in the original shipping box and ensure they are securely packaged.

Returns without approval, an official return label, or an incomplete return form will not be accepted.

Returns sent without using our official return portal are at the customer’s own risk. We cannot assist in resolving lost or delayed parcels if they were not registered through our system.
3. Refund Process
