Items, such as underwear, swimwear, or personalized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2.1 **Online Returns:** If you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow these steps:

  1.    Ensure the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with Ninetyfour tags attached).
  2. Include the invoice and return form with your return shipment.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method via our return portal. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

**3. Refund Process**
3.1 **Refund Method:** Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid via other methods, such as PayPal or gift card, the refund will be issued accordingly.

3.2 **Timing:** Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Please monitor your bank account closely, as the credit timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
